Rent to own trailer and site package

The Spanish River Resort & Campground has the solution. We offer a payment plan for the a Camper Trailer and site fees and a boat slip paid over 2 seasons. Now that's something everyone can afford.
Trailers and sites available
  1. 5th wheel 32 ft trailer with 1 tip out, queen bed, rear bunk bed and fold down bed, Sleeps 6.
The site is situated facing South West, towards the centre of the campground and the water. It is beside a large mature Poplar and you will have space in front for a large deck or seating area.

The trailer and site package is $12 000 plus taxes to paid in 4 equal payments of $13 560/4 = $3390
1 st payment due on April 15th or at time of signing = $3390
2nd Payment due July 1st = $3390
3rd payment due April 15th = $3390
4th payment due July 1st = $3390 (ownership then transferred).

*Any Seasonal stay thereafter will be billed  at the current years Site Rates. Site rates are
not guaranteed and may increase from year to year due to standard inflation costs.
** Price is based on 2 adults and children under 16 - additional overnight guests are $10/night
*** Dog/pet fee is additional and not included in this rate.
