Campground Rates for RV sites, Tenting sites and Travel Trailer sites

Camping in Spanish Ontario doesn't get better than this. Since our Resort is located along the shoreline, every site has a view of the water!If you're lucky, you might even get a water's edge site!

If staying by Rv, 5th wheel, motorhome or tent you will find a friendly mix of Northern locals and Summer vacationers all catching up around the docks and crackling fires sharing stories of adventure and fun.

Our grassy treed sites are serviced with 15, 30, and 50 amp and all have drinkable water hookups. Our bathrooms include hot showers and campground has great Wifi. We also have a fish cleaning station for fishermen and an UNSUPERVISED​ swimming area available to all overnight campers. Always use caution around open water.

We have recently added 2 new sun pergolas as well as beach volleyball, tetherball and horshoes to our waterfront play areas.

*Please note, late night arrivals of 10 pm or later will be charged
$25 per hour, if they arrive after our set business hours of 8am-10pm.

rental is Free each day with 3 days stay or longer.

Coach site 

We have a few 50 amp sites, with town water, available for those needing a pull throw site.
There is even space to allow to have a trailer behind.
Heated showers, washrooms and Wifi included.

Rate is $100 per night for up to 5 people.
Enjoy grass, shaded and treed sites that come with a picnic table and fire pit. A day use area for shore/dock fishing, swimming and playground areas are available.

​All areas and facilities are unsupervised and are "use at your own risk". Children under 16 must be supervised by their parents at all times.
​​* Additional adults are $10 per night.
**Animal/pet fee is additional

RV sites,  Travel Trailer sites and Pop-up camper sites

Enjoy being steps away from the waters edge. Enjoy Sunrises and sunsets, only few yards from your site.

15 amp with Town water;  $60 per night

30 amp with Town water $75 per night
(2 Adults + kids under 18)

WEEKLY discount - 6 nights for the price of 7.

Tenting, car camping, vans

Fish from your camp site! There are only a limited number of beach sites available along the waters edge. These sites will have 15 amp power and town water. Heated showers, washrooms and Wifi included.

You will have the choice of tenting on sand or Grass sites with varying shade.  Please specify your preference when booking.

Rate is $60 per night
(2 Adults and kids under 18)
*Additional adults are $10 each per night.
** 2nd dining tent is allowed on same site

Seasonal Sites

Do you enjoy being out by the water with friends and family? So do we! Come join our camping community and spend those lazy days of summer with good company and great vibes.

Our Season is May 1 - Oct 31. However water is not guaranteed before May 15th or after Oct. 15th.
Recreational Seasonal campers are permitted to have;
  • Decks and storage sheds that meet city bylaws.
  • Trailers well kept and good shape, 20 years old or newer
  • permitted to decorate, plant/garden their own sites
  • Are responsible for the maintenance of their own site (grass cutting, pruning, gravel, levelling and pads etc)
  • day visitors allowed at no charge, but must be signed in.
  • Overnight guests  $10/night, (children 17 and under free)
  • we do not allow subleasing, Airbnb or VRBO 
     2 options to choose from;

  • 15 amp site - includes;     water, 15amps, septic dump  =$2500  Taxes Extra

  • 30 amp site - includes;    water, 30 amp, septic dump   $2800        ​ Taxes Extra.

Rates are for 1 vehicle and 1 trailer.

These sites are for a single family vacation use and not intended to be a permanent summer residence, sublet, airbnb, vrbo or similar renting scheme.
 
Your user agreement is for a 6 month term with winter storage included if you have paid the $500 deposit by Nov. 1, remainder is due April 2 of the following year.

**Larger trailers or additional appliances will be charged for added equipment
*​No Pets or smoking allowed in the restrooms. 
All paid guests are welcome to use our hot water shower and washroom facilities.
Our water is drinkable treated town water, NOT lake water.
WiFi included with signal to most sites.
Canadian Cash or USD accepted.

Please note the following:

Firewood

No outside Firewood  allowed... we have Firewood for sale if needed.

If you bring your own firewood you are NOT permitted to use it.

Reservations
​All RV and campsite reservations require 100% payment in advance via e-transfer. (Cheque may be accepted with 30 days advance booking).
Cancellations
​If you need to cancel your stay payment will remain as a credit until your next visit.
Animals
Animals are permitted on your site however there is a $10 fee per animal

All pets must be on leash and walked off property for "dog business"

Pets are not permitted on grass, sand or play areas
Garbage and recycling

Garbage and recycling bins are located at the entrance. Please separate as needed.

DO NOT LEAVE garbage in the fire pits. This includes cigarette butts, plastic, or glass.
Please note:   
1. Launching included with site rental. Dockage/boat slip, extra vehicle/boat trailer parking are extra.

2. Dog owners must register their dog at the park office and pay $10/night or $100/season.
3. All dogs must be on leash and OWNERS must practice Poop-and-scoop practices. No exceptions.
4. Smoking and dogs are NOT allowed in the washrooms or cabins. 
5. No refunds for inclimate weather or early departures, including Seasonal sites.
6. Cancellations - 50% refunded if more than 30 days. If less than 30 days you will receive a credit.

Boat Slips and Parking

Boat, Kayak, Bicycle rentals
Septic pump out for all Rv's/campers, trailers and boats is also available at the nearby
Municipal Marina, only 2 minutes drive from our location. 
Or,  you can drive to a nearby dump station. Dumping charges apply.
Deposit payments can be made via E-transfer only when booking in advance.
We are sorry but no credit cards at this time. Thank you.

Winter Storage 

Nov 1st -  April 30th 
All stored items must be prepaid in advance, no discounts or refund for part season storage.
All trailer, boats, motorhomes, travel trailers, 5th wheel or otherwise must have their own insurance as the rates below are for outdoor storage only and does not include contents or vehicle upset/damage insurance.
Boat and trailer Winter Storage
20' under = $200
21' - 29' = $325
30' -40' = $400
(1 day per month maintenance inspection
permitted and/or after big storms)
Motorhome/Travel Trailer Storage
​Seasonal trailer = $500
Non-seasonal trailer = $600
(No overnights, 1 day per month maintenance inspection permitted and/or after big storms)
*If staying on the winter storage is credited
 towards next seasons bill.

As the Resort and Campground is now under new ownership and management there may be a few new changes to; the bookings process, launching, docking, site layout and/or the general day-to-day operation of the Resort and Campground. Cancellations with refund available with 60 days notice.
Less than 60 days there will be ​25% non-refundable or rebooking.
No refund for less than 30 days however re-booking is allowed.
