July has been awesome and busy!

It has been a busy month with tons of new campers joining our little camp community.
Id like to say thank you to everyone that stopped in and stayed with us.
I enjoyed getting to know you and appreciate your business, I know there are many provincial parks to choose from...and yet you choose us! Thank you Thank you Thank you. David.

    The cabins, bunkie and Rv sites are filling up with Walleye fishermen. I grew up calling them Pickerel. But here in Spanish Ontario they are called Walleye, and taste just as good!  
    The Regier family Spring Walleye fishing trip has been a tradition for almost 20 years. Since we have 2 zones you can fish in, Zone 10 and Zone 14, you can catch up to 6 Walleye and have a feast for you and your family. They keep coming back to our spot and have become like family to us as well. See you next year!

We are continuing the Mitchells' family Camp tradition and run the Spanish River Resort & Campground with the same appreciation for the outdoors and love for fishing! We are also offering motorboat and canoe/kayak rentals, a swimming area and kiteboard lessons.

​We take pride in our little campground and  family friendly atmosphere and welcome you to stop in to fish and meet us.

Booking and Reservations

​The Spanish River Resort and Campground is a special place with some of the best fishing in all Ontario, but space is limited.

As those that have stayed here before already know...its best to book early if you wish to guarantee a Cabin, Camp Site or Boat Slip.

We always welcome "walk-ins" for campers with tents, trailers, RV's or Motorhomes, and have transient sites near the water with 15, 30 and 50 amps just in case you forgot to book.

Please feel free to drive over and stop at the office. Or call/TEXT if you are on your way and forgot to book in advance. We are happy to help you. 705 626 8183.​​
